An Introduction to our Four steps to Health (Hausa Version)

Today we present the Coral advocacy for an active and healthy lifestyle in one of our indigenous dialects – Hausa. Mr. Mohammed Abdulaziz talks about Coral Club’s four steps to health.

He started with the first step to health that has to do with the Superhydration. This has to do with the quantity and quality of water we drink based on body weight and 3 main parameters of water: Clarity, negatively-charged and weak alkalinity. Secondly, body cleansing must be observed routinely by keeping to specific diet and observing a period of fasting to ensure for easy bowel movement and discharge of toxins from our body. Thirdly, cellular nutrition which has to do with feeding the body with the right nutrients should be observed through supplementation especially from ages 30 and above. Lastly, he identified the water, food and technology model that ensures that we adopt preventive measures in avoiding hazards and protecting our body.
